Webflow Developer

Purpose of the Role:

Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive, user-friendly Webflow websites to support business goals and digital presence.

 

Key Activities:

Website Development & Design:

  • Build responsive websites using Webflow based on provided designs or concepts.

  • Ensure pixel-perfect implementation across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

  • Integrate animations and interactions using Webflow’s native tools.

  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators for web updates.

  • Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and accessibility.

  • Maintain design system consistency across web properties.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve layout and rendering issues across browsers.

  • Export and manage clean HTML/CSS code if necessary for handoffs or enhancements.

Content Management:

  • Use Webflow CMS to structure dynamic content (e.g., blogs, job listings, case studies).

  • Train internal teams on content updates via Webflow Editor.

  • Monitor and regularly update site content based on team input.

Technical Integration & QA:

  • Integrate third-party tools (e.g., forms, analytics, CRM) into Webflow projects.

  • Conduct thorough QA testing before publishing updates.

  • Maintain version control and manage site backups.

  • Track and implement feedback from A/B tests or performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field

  • 2-3 years of experience in Webflow development

  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles

  • Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD for design handoffs

  • Understanding of Webflow CMS and custom interactions

  • Experience integrating tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Zapier

  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and performance optimization

  • It is preferable to have certifications or a strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects
